Philip Murgor

Philip is the Managing Partner and draws on invaluable experience of over 30 years. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1986 and is a Member of the Law Society of Kenya. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, both in and out of the courtroom.

 

He is also a Member Grade of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London Court of International Arbitration and a member of the International Association of Prosecutors. 

In 2021, Philip was conferred with the esteemed rank of Senior Counsel in recognition of his exemplary work and contributions to the legal profession.

Philip is recognized for his expertise in commercial arbitration and litigation, acting as lead counsel in numerous complex multi-billion-shilling briefs.

She also has experience in commercial, corporate law and intellectual property.

Eva M. Kala

She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in 2017 and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

Eva is proficient in conducting and managing complex litigation in the areas of corporate and commercial law. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in 2017 and is a member of The Law Society of Kenya.

She has further been involved in multi-billion dollar negotiations, drafting and structuring for procurement and investment transactions.
